DDA carries out the mapping of Land Pooling Policy

As per the statement from DDA spokesperson they have to send the data of Land Pooling to the government for final approval. With the registration ended on September 6, 2019, of Land Parcels under the DDA'S New Land Pooling Policy DDA now has started the mapping process of the pooled land said by DDA officials. The has DDA announced its New  Land Pooling Policy  ON the 5th of February under which they have registered 6000 hectares of land till the given date. Dwarka gets major infrastructure push with Rs 292 crore projects

NEW DELHI : Dwarka sub-city has received a Rs 292-crore civic and sports infrastructure push with Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on Monday laying the foundation of 10 projects, including a golf course, a cycle track, a sports complex, foot overbridges, and an Utsav Pandal, which will be completed in two years. The projects, to be executed by Delhi Development Authority (DDA), have been launched months before the Delhi Assembly polls, which are due early next year. Puri said the central government would ensure that there was no dearth of funds for development projects in the city. He said the process of regularisation of unauthorized colonies, land-pooling, and other projects had started. Present on the occasions were Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, DDA vice-chairman Tarun Kapoor and the MPs from the south and west Delhi, Ramesh Bidhuri and Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma, respectively. DDA to start Rs 300-crore projects in Dwarka

NEW DELHI : Union minister for housing and urban affairs Hardeep Singh Puri will lay the foundation of several developmental projects of Delhi Development Authority worth around Rs 300 crore in Dwarka on Monday. The projects include a golf course, sports complexes, foot overbridges, the airport drain system, cycle tracks, and an Utsav Pandal. The minister will lay the foundation of a sports complex in Sector 8 Dwarka, a DDA spokesperson said. “It will be a center of excellence for wrestling, weightlifting, boxing, judo, and kabaddi. The project will cost Rs 66 crore and is likely to be completed within 24 months,” he added. “Another sports complex in Dwarka Sector 23 will be a center of excellence for football and will be completed in 24 months at a cost of Rs 39 crore,” the spokesperson said.
